臨水夫人陳靖姑千年大愛流傳古今

中國農曆八月十五日中秋節為臨水夫人陳靖姑昇天紀念日，特別許可於本日慶賀，並擇爐主及辦理福晏，賜福眾民，其意義如下；

1.臨水夫人陳靖姑於千年前捨身求霖雨三日，救萬民於苦難，以彰顯大愛精神。

2.受天福，被皇母收為儀女，黃袍加身。

3.承天德，奉玉旨、賜寶劍，巡撫四方、安寧三界。

4.加賜鳳冠(天冠)，以示天恩，福澤萬民。

5.以菩薩之心，行菩薩行，廣施佛法，淨化人心。

綜言之在誠信下，以大愛、天福、天德、天祿賜福閤家眾民，佛法淨化人心，以能安居樂業，全家平安幸福。

北港媽祖Beigang Mazu

Mazu(a chinese god )

Mazu,the Heavenly Mother, The widely-respected Mazu was born on March 23,960(Chinese lunar calendar).

At sixteen, when Mazu and her friends were playing beside a well, she was instructed by a god and acquired a profound understanding of the wisdom and power of Buddhism, which she used to give cure to the sick 、 evil-ridden people 、Exorcism by Phytophthora and eliminating hazards.

On the double Ninth Festival in 987, Mazu bade farewell to her family and climbed up to the peak of Meishan and became an incarnated goddess.

In the 33^rd year of the Kangxi Reign (1694), a monk named Subi brought a statue of goddess Mazu from the Chaotian Temple at Meizhou, Fujian Province, china, and landed on the present site of Chaotian Temple at Beigang, Taiwan.

Beigang Chaotian Temple is virtually the center of Mazu worship in the global.

The Lady of Linshui- jingoo Chen

The Lady of Linshui- jingoo Chen, was a chinese god. She was a native of the Fukien Province. The Lady of Linshui was given birth on Jan 15rd of 927. Since her childhood, Lady of Linshui was marvelously intelligent and devoted herself to Buddism. She was six years old painting a Buddism godness Guanyin Buddha statue, set up a worship-hall worship - the beginning of the creation of “Buddhist Home”.

At the age of seventeen, she went to Lv-Shan to learn the Witch and the Medicine.

She was twenty-one years old, graduated in three years ， Master Xu-Zhenjun care General Lin, Yang and five hundred soldiers, escort, listen to its deployment.

To give cure to the sick 、 evil-ridden people 、Exorcism by Phytophthora and eliminating hazards.

The goddess of Lady Linshui not only has the meaning of women and children protection, but also the function of exorcism evil, which possess the image of Mother of God.

臨水夫人之仙符

仙符之印制，有筆劃、手橋印制、手印制、機械印制等；而用於解運、排卦陣、驅邪、過火、安神旨及傳旨令等作用；民國二十二年歲次癸酉年（西元一九三三年）至民國七十九年(西元一九九○年），在乩童陳玉蘭時期所領之玉旨在於右手，所以仙符之印製為手印製；在道光年間歲次庚戍（西元一八五○）陳蛙時期與民國六十年(西元一九七一年）至現今陳秋義時期所領之玉旨在手橋，所以仙符之印製為手橋印製(陳秋義有一段期間與乩童陳玉蘭共同學習、執行，且經歷於數地(巡安宮於北港數地欲建宮廟，最後落腳於文星路)至乩童陳玉蘭離世)。
